Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unworn where applicable, with original packaging and any accessories included. Proof of purchase may be required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at leericeanl316@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also include clear photos or video showing the issue.

Please do not send a return to the address shown on the original parcel. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address after your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate solution and, where applicable, cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund, typically 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by applicable law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Non-Returnable Items
